What is one of the best tools I like to use to ensure that my clients stay on track and achieve their health and fitness goals?
Firstly, I just want to start by saying that most of us know what we need to do, it’s doing it that is the hard bit. So how do we make sure that there is enough pressure to make us perform and take action?
It’s a super powerful tool that we can use to help keep us true to our word and stick to the plan. If all your friends, family and/or our social media followers know what our goals are then we are more likely to stick to them and succeed.
Accountability is key
You can also get a training buddy or find someone who wants to achieve similar or the same goals as you, so you can hold each other accountable. Doing it with someone else always increases the chance of success.
Another great way to help with accountability is hiring a professional that can help you towards your goals, they will be expecting you to achieve specific tasks each week. You will also have sessions booked which also holds you accountable and gives you a deadline to work towards.
Getting your body to change is not easy and takes resistance from both body and mind so use this tip and use it to your advantage to ensure your health and fitness success.
