If there was a moody art award for home cooking, this would win hands down. What a beautiful and captivating plate of food. Tastes pretty good too. 😋 The Noodles are made from black rice, and when they are cooked they go this deep purple. They go great with the sweet and aromatic flavours of the delicate Chicken cooked in Ginger, Honey, Sesame Seeds and Lemongrass Paste. Then you have the tender bite from the tender stem broccoli – all in all a tasty and interesting plate of food, that you can’t help but to feel nourished and healthy.

For a smaller portion, drop to 230g of Chicken Breast. This would save you 97 calories, without compromising on the flavours whatsoever.
