What is it about runny eggs that gets everybody going? It’s like food porn. This meal will not disappoint! An indulgent but surprisingly healthy take on burger and chips dinner. Sweet Potato offers a nice hit of vitamin A, C, Copper, K & B6, plus has a lower blood sugar response than white potato. Then you have the indigestible fibre and prebiotic benefits for your guts microbiome (i.e. feeding the beneficial bacteria), that come with mushrooms, and beetroot. Lean beef is a great source of protein and creatine, both very supportive to having developing and maintaining a lean physique. Eggs are great source of protein and should be a staple for most active people, with egg yolk providing a nice hit of good cholesterol that helps with hormone production and cell energy.
