DESCRIPTION:

This looks amazing, but the taste… that will blow your mind! Each element of this colourful take on the Surf & Turf classic is impressive in its own right, and deserves a mention. First, the combo of hot garlicky King Prawns with a good piece of medium-rare Rump Steak is delicious. The rich earthiness of the Chestnut Mushrooms, coated in Butter and blended with the tenderness of Broccolini brings a classical bite and flavour to the dish.

But it’s what in the other corner of this plate which is the star of the show. The Beetroot powder is sweet and zingy – a surprisingly fun dipping powder to coat the beef in! And then you’ve got the creamy, slightly sweet and earthy Beetroot Tzatiki which topped on a buttery Sweet Potato jacket is so yum. Together, it’s an absolutely taste explosion! Wow… 😲.

For a smaller portion, drop to 180g Beef, 100g Prawns, 200g Sweet Potato and half the butter and Beetroot Tzatziki. This will save you 304 calories without sacrificing the flavour or experience whatsoever.
