HOW LOW CAN YA GO?! This is the 2nd Lower Day of 5-day workout week, as part of an 4-8 week programme.

 

If you’ve got it in you, finish with 8x rounds of a three rep Barbell Complex, consisting of RDL’s, Barbell Rows, Cleans and Push Presses.
