Flat Bench Press being the key Strength exercise for today, whilst hitting a couple other compound lifts and arms isolation work.

Day3/5, 2nd Upper Split as part of a 5-day 4-8 Training Block.

Mix in Active Recovery or HIIT Cardio at the end of each session. Today – 10mins of HIIT on the Bike.
