Riddle me this Plant-Based & “Healthy Eating” Advocates…

IN 70 YEARS:
🔺 Plant Foods consumption has MASSIVELY INCREASED
🔺“Healthy” Vegetable (seed) has EXPLODED, replacing butter, lard and tallow
➖ Animal Foods consumption has remained STABLE
🔺“Healthy & Lean” Chicken consumption has EXPLODED
🔻Beef consumption has REDUCED
🔻Dairy & Egg consumption has REDUCED
🔺We’re exercising way more – 54% hit the guidelines
🔺We’re eating more Grains, Fruit & Nuts
🔺Sweeteners & HFCS are replacing Sugar & Honey
🔻We’re smoking a lot less – only 14% smoke…
➖Saturated Fat, Sodium & Cholesterol has remained STABLE
⚠️ Chronic Disease prevalence has gone from 7.5% to 60%!
⚠️ Chronic conditions like heart disease, asthma, cancer, and diabetes have grown 700% since 1935
⚠️ Diabetes and Insulin Resistance is through the roof and accelerating – doubled from 1997 alone.
⚠️ 32% of Americans have multiple chronic diseases
⚠️ 88% of Americans are metabolically unhealthy
⚠️ Two thirds of Americans are overweight and/or obese
⚠️ 42% of Americans are Obese
⚠️Our Life Expectancy is now DECLINING
⚠️The Cows are blamed for Climate Change
So, that’s more plants, more vegetable oils, more grains, more exercise, and more lean chicken, whilst having less red meat, less eggs, less dairy, less smoking, and less butter, lard and tallow.👏
And yet we’re getting fatter, more diseased, and now seeing a decline in life expectancy. 🤔
🤷🏻♂️ This makes NO SENSE. Unless… you are able to challenge the institutional worldview of our current dietary guidelines and the plant-based agenda of more plants and less meat.
🤦🏻♂️ This is COGNITIVE DISSONANCE on overdrive – driven by Cognitive and Confirmation Bias! It’s time to re-examine your nutritional beliefs…
