When/Why: Some great rich flavours, filling and a nice choice for post-workout meal, with a protein shake & creatine if that helps your post-workout macros. Drop 140 calories if needed by taking the butter out and dropping it down to two eggs.
Sweet Potato wrap filled with:-
Scramble – 3x Eggs, 10g Butter, chopped Chives, sprinkle of Turmeric. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Filling – ½ Avocado, 3x tablespoons of Sauerkraut, 2x teaspoons of Pesto, 5 slices of pickled sliced Beetroot.
Gluten-free for those want to avoid gluten. Sweet potato has a low glycemic index and high in vitamin A. Eggs are a healthy staple for those working out, and have good cholesterol that helps with hormone production and cell energy. Avocados are arguably one of the best fruits you can consume. Beetroot, Sauerkraut and chives are prebiotics – healthy food to promote good bacteria in your gut.
