Low Bar Back Squats being the key Strength exercise for today, with some unilateral work and less taxing RDLs.

Day2/5, 1st Lower Split as part of a 5-day 4-8 Training Block.
MAR-2018 #HyperWorkouts – Join in on Steve’s Workout Programming.

Mix in Active Recovery or HIIT Cardio at the end of each session. Today – 10mins of HIIT Deadmills (that’s sprint intervals on a switched off treadmill).
