Deadlifts being the key Strength exercise for today, with some less CNS taxing Chest & Shoulders.

Day1/5, 1st Upper Split as part of a 5-day 4-8 Training Block.
MAR-2018 #HyperWorkouts – Join in on Steve’s Workout Programming.

Mix in Active Recovery or HIIT Cardio at the end of each session. Today – 10mins of easy going Bike.
