I’ll say it again, these Sweet Potato Wedges baked in the oven with a dash of Rice Bran Oil and chip mixed seasoning are easy yet so so tasty! Combine that with some chicken, a fresh tossed salad and a couple tablespoons of Hummus and you have a plate packed full of whole food flavour. A great option for lunch, post-workout or even dinner. Reduce to a 250g Sweet Potato and one Chicken fillet and save 295 calories from the above.

Sweet Potato offers a nice hit of vitamin A, C, Copper, K & B6, plus has a lower blood sugar response than white potato. Chicken offer great sources of healthy protein. Beetroot has superfood status.
