Here you’ve got a super tasty combo of Sweet Potato, Avocado and fried Egg stack, and the freshness of a light salad. A top lunch or post-workout option as you’ve got a good mix of carbs and proteins to refuel your body and aid in protein synthesis after a hard workout, plus avocados that provide healthy fats to your diet. The Sweet Potato Cake, is cross between a hash brown and mash – yummy! Should you want a smaller option, drop to 250g Sweet Potato, one egg and one chicken fillet, and save 293 calories.

Benefits:

Chicken offers great sources of healthy lean protein, whilst Sweet Potato offers a nice hit of vitamin A, C, Copper, K & B6, plus has a lower blood sugar response than white potato. Eggs are great source of protein and should be a staple for most active people, with egg yolk providing a nice hit of good cholesterol that helps with hormone production and cell energy. Avocado is considered to be a super food and one of the only fruits promoted to be eaten daily due to its healthy fats.
