DROP IT LIKE IT’S HOT. Heavy High-Bar Squats plus unilateral work today, as part of an 4-8 week programme.

Time to throw in a little Anabolic HIIT today. 10mins of Deadmills – that’s sprint for 20secs on a SWITCHED OFF treadmill. Catch you breath for 40secs and go again. Be prepared, your heart rate will go through the roof!
