Hyper Workouts – Following Steve’s Workout Programming.

This is the first Lower Day as part of a 5-day workout week within a 8-week linear periodisation cycle.

Combines strength periodisation and hypertrophy work. Finish on a stationary Bike for 10mins of HIIT!
